Use of Service Areas. The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
Use of Service Areas. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The service areas, if any, as located within the said Project Khushi, shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment (as per availability in the said Project), etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association of Allottee formed by the Allottee for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the service areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked for the specific purpose and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association of Allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services. However, if the common service areas are used by the allottees of other phases then all the allottees of all the societies of all the phases of the project in future shall abide by the rules for use of the service areas common to all the allotees of the different phases as well as the that of the extended projects.

That the Promoter/ Maintenance Society for the purpose of safety and security of the person / property shall restrict the access of the Allottee(s)/occupant(s) in basement / service area which shall be declared as restricted area includes electric sub-station/panel room, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment’s etc without the written permission of the Promoter/Maintenance Society. Only authorized personnel shall be allowed to access in these restricted areas.

The service areas, if any, as located within Devaloke Sonar City shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services includingbut not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground watertanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment’s etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Purchaser/Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall bereserved for used by the Association of Purchaser/Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The basement(s) and service area, if any, as located within the (Rajwada Luxuria), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub- station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks. Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted to uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottee for rendering maintenance services.
