Common use of THE ESCROW FUND OR ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

THE ESCROW FUND OR ACCOUNT. (a) From time to time IdleAire shall tender to Escrow Agent the funds IdleAire is required to escrow pursuant to the Lease Agreement for deposit in a segregated account maintained by Escrow Account for the benefit of IdleAire and Petro. All funds received by Escrow Agent pursuant to this Agreement shall be held, invested and disbursed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A copy of the Lease Agreement is attached as Exhibit 1.
