Common use of The Executive’s Beneficiary Clause in Contracts

The Executive’s Beneficiary. For the purposes hereof, the Executive’s beneficiary will be the person or persons designated as such in a written beneficiary designation filed with the Company, which may be revoked or revised in the same manner at any time prior to the Executive’s death. In the absence of a properly filed written beneficiary designation or if no designated beneficiary survives the Executive, the Executive’s beneficiary hereunder will be deemed to be the Executive’s surviving spouse, if any, or, if none, the Executive’s estate.
