The Exercise Price of Option. Stock being purchased upon an exercise of the Option (in part or in whole) shall be paid by the Optionee in full at the time of such exercise. Such payment shall be made in the manner described in the Plan and shall accompany the Notice of Exercise. The Option shall not be considered to have been properly exercised as to any Option Stock, and no Option Stock shall be issued or delivered, until full payment of the Exercise Price therefor has been made.
