Common use of The Facilities Clause in Contracts

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and; (b) a sterling multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a subordinated secured sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Term Facility A CommitmentsCommitment; and (b) a letter of credit facility in sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Letter of Credit Facility B CommitmentsCommitment.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling further dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments. Each facility may only be utilised in a single drawing.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling multicurrency amortising term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan and bank guarantee facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borroweravailable: (a) to the Parent, a sterling Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) to the Borrowers, a sterling term loan multicurrency revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders Lender shall make available to the Borrower: (a) 2.1.1 a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A CommitmentsCommitment; and (b) a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A CommitmentsCommitments (Facility A); and (b) a sterling term dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B CommitmentsCommitments (Facility B).

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling term dollar revolving loan facility with a term out option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) 2.1.1 a sterling Sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total A Facility A CommitmentsAmount; and (b) 2.1.2 a sterling Sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total B Facility B CommitmentsAmount.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling two year multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term four year multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility with a term out option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borroweravailable: (a) a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A B1 Commitments; and (b) a sterling euro term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B B2 Commitments.

The Facilities. 2.1 The Facilities Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term loan multicurrency revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and; (b) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a yen term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borroweravailable: (a) a sterling US Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling euro term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) 2.1.1 a sterling USD only term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) 2.1.2 a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borroweravailable: (a) to the Facility A Borrowers a sterling multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) to the Borrowers a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, : (a) the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) Facility A Borrowers a sterling term loan facility in the Base Currency in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) the Lenders make available to the Facility B Borrowers a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling term loan facility in Dollars to be designated "Facility 1" in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A 1 Commitments; and (b) a sterling term loan facility in Dollars to be designated "Facility 2" in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B 2 Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to not exceeding the Total Facility A CommitmentsTerm Loan Commitment; and (b) a sterling dollar top up term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to not exceeding the Total Facility B CommitmentsTop Up Commitment.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borroweravailable: (a) to the Company, a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) to Xxxxx, a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borroweravailable: (ai) a sterling Base Currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (bii) a sterling Base Currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments. (b) The Facilities will be available to the Borrowers.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling US Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling US Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders agree to make available available: 2.1.1 to the Borrower: (a) Company, a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) 2.1.2 to the Borrowers, a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling US dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term US dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders Lender shall make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling USD term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Project Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling USD term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Overrun Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowerto: (a) the Facility A Borrowers, a sterling dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) the Borrowers, a sterling dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower:Borrowers (except that (a) is only available to the Company). (a) a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility with an extension option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A CommitmentsCommitments with a term-out option; and (b) a sterling term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling Dollar term loan and SEK bank guarantee facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling Sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Relevant Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling USD term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and; (b) a sterling KRW term loan facility in an the aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B B1 Commitments; (c) a USD term loan facility in the aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B2 Commitments; and (d) a revolving credit facility in the aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. 2.1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term Dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders agree to make available to the BorrowerBorrower during the applicable Availability Period: (a) a sterling bridge term loan facility in Dollars in an aggregate principal amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term loan facility in Dollars in an aggregate principal amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling term loan facility in sterling in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Term Facility A CommitmentsCommitment; and (b) a letter of credit facility in sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Letter of Credit Facility B CommitmentsCommitment.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower: (a) a sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling term revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments, to be advanced to the Borrower in accordance with clause 5 (Utilisation).

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowerBorrowers: (a) a sterling term loan multicurrency revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a sterling U.S. Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.
