Common use of The Facilities Clause in Contracts

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; (b) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency term loan facility in Dollars to be designated "Facility 1" in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A 1 Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term loan facility in Dollars to be designated "Facility 2" in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C 2 Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency Dollar term loan and SEK bank guarantee facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency Sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency term loan multicurrency revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency U.S. Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency further dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) . Each facility may only be utilised in a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitmentssingle drawing.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to not exceeding the Total Facility A Commitments;Term Loan Commitment; and (b) a multi-currency dollar top up term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to not exceeding the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C CommitmentsTop Up Commitment.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency US dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term US dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; (b) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency yen term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. 2.1 The Facilities Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term loan multicurrency revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowersavailable: (a) a multi-currency US Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency euro term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;Commitments (Facility A); and (b) a multi-currency term dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and Commitments (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C CommitmentsB).

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowersavailable: (a) to the Company, a multi-currency sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) to Xxxxx, a multi-currency sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) 2.1.1 a multi-currency USD only term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) 2.1.2 a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, : (a) the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) Facility A Borrowers a multi-currency term loan facility in the Base Currency in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) the Lenders make available to the Facility B Borrowers a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency term loan facility in sterling in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Term Facility A Commitments;Commitment; and (b) a multi-currency term loan letter of credit facility in sterling in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Letter of Credit Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C CommitmentsCommitment.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders agree to make available to the BorrowersBorrower during the applicable Availability Period: (a) a multi-currency bridge term loan facility in Dollars in an aggregate principal amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term loan facility in Dollars in an aggregate principal amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders agree to make available available: 2.1.1 to the Borrowers: (a) Company, a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) 2.1.2 to the Borrowers, a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowersavailable: (a) to the Parent, a multi-currency Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) to the Borrowers, a multi-currency term loan multicurrency revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders Lender shall make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) 2.1.1 a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; (b) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B CommitmentsCommitment; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal , to be advanced to the Total Facility C CommitmentsBorrower in accordance with clause 5 (Utilisation).

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency US Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency US Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. 2.1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term Dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) 2.1.1 a multi-currency Sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total A Facility A Commitments;Amount; and (b) 2.1.2 a multi-currency Sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total B Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C CommitmentsAmount.

The Facilities. (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowersavailable: (ai) a multi-currency Base Currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (bii) a multi-currency Base Currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and. (cb) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal The Facilities will be available to the Total Facility C CommitmentsBorrowers.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency term dollar revolving loan facility with a term out option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;Commitments with a term-out option; and (b) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency two year multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term four year multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency subordinated secured sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Term Facility A Commitments;Commitment; and (b) a multi-currency term loan letter of credit facility in sterling in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Letter of Credit Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C CommitmentsCommitment.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Relevant Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency USD term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; (b) a multi-currency KRW term loan facility in an the aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B B1 Commitments; (c) a USD term loan facility in the aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B2 Commitments; and (cd) a multi-currency term loan revolving credit facility in an the aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency multicurrency amortising term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan and bank guarantee facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowersavailable: (a) to the Facility A Borrowers a multi-currency multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) to the Borrowers a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowersto: (a) the Facility A Borrowers, a multi-currency dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) the Borrowers, a multi-currency dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers:Borrowers (except that (a) is only available to the Company). (a) a multi-currency sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility with an extension option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowersavailable: (a) a multi-currency sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A B1 Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency euro term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C B2 Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility with a term out option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders Lender shall make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency USD term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Project Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency USD term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Overrun Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments;; and (b) a multi-currency term multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multi-currency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.
