Common use of The Grant Recipient shall Clause in Contracts

The Grant Recipient shall. (a) perform all its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Equality ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and with all regulations and codes of practice made under the same; (b) comply with other requirements and instructions which the Authority reasonably requires in connection with any equality obligations imposed on the Authority in so far as they relate to the Project under applicable law relating to equality; and (c) take all necessary steps, and inform the Authority of the steps taken, to prevent unlawful discrimination.
