The Hole. In the event the hole should be lost or damaged, Operator shall be solely responsible for such damage to or loss of the hole, including the casing therein. Operator shall release Contractor and its suppliers, contractors and subcontractors of any tier of any liability for damage to or loss of the hole, and shall protect, defend and indemnify Contractor and its suppliers, contractors and subcontractors of any tier from and against any and all claims, liability, and expense relating to such damage to or loss of the hole.
