Common use of THE HOME FINANCING FACILITY Clause in Contracts

THE HOME FINANCING FACILITY. At the Customer’s request, the Bank has agreed to provide to the Customer the Home Financing Facility (or by any other name as described in the Letter of Offer) (“Facility”) to purchase a Property upon the terms and conditions contained in the Letter of Offer and in this Agreement. It is a key term of this Agreement that the Customer will offer the Property (or by any other name as described in the Letter of Offer) as security to secure the payment of the Facility and payment by the Customer of all amounts from time to time outstanding under the Letter of Offer and this Agreement.
