The Issuer Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of the Issuer is required or the Issuer is required to take some action at the request of the Company, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Issuer Representative and the Company or the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action, and the Issuer shall have no redress against the Company or the Trustee as a result of any such action taken.
