The iW Solution. (a) S&SC shall provide the iW Solution to Customer on the pricing and other terms specified in the Underlying Agreement and this agreement. It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that it has the information systems (e.g., internet connectivity, network infrastructure) specified in the Documentation or otherwise reasonably necessary for Customer to use the iW Solution. Customer’s noncompliance with the preceding sentence will not relieve Customer of its payment obligations hereunder.
