Common use of The Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agents and the Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

The Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agents and the Documentation Agents. It is understood and agreed by all parties hereto that neither the Joint Lead Arrangers, nor any Syndication Agent, nor any Documentation Agent shall have any duties or responsibilities under this Agreement (except, as to the Joint Lead Arrangers, for certain approval rights expressly provided for herein), and shall have no liability for any actions taken or not taken in connection with this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents.
