Common use of The Mayor Clause in Contracts

The Mayor. The written grievance shall be presented to and discussed with the Mayor's Office. The Mayor's Office shall give the employee the Employer's answer in writing within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of such Step 3 grievance. A grievance not resolved in Step 3 may be appealed to Step 4 within ten (10) calendar days following the final answer in Step 3.
