THE NATURE OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP. 6.1 It is hereby clarified that the Services Provider shall perform his undertakings hereunder on an independent contractor basis, and that there shall be no employee-employer relationship whatsoever between him and the Company.
THE NATURE OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP. 6.1. The Consultant shall be an independent contractor in the performance of the Services hereunder. This Agreement shall not be interpreted as creating an association, joint venture, or partnership relationship between the Parties or as imposing any employment, or partnership obligation, or liability on any Party.

The Management Company accepts the exclusive management and the carrying out of the Services, and the Possessor agrees thereto, and hands over to the Management Company in an exclusive manner the management and the carrying out of the Services, under the conditions and the consideration detailed in this Agreement. The Possessor covenants not to undertake the Services or any part thereof on its own or by means of any other party other than the Management Company.

Xxxx Xxxxx warrant that it/he is aware that this Agreement is only an agreement for investment herein, and does not create employer-employee relations between it/him and the Company and does not confer upon him any rights, except for those set forth herein explicitly.
THE NATURE OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP. 6.1. It is hereby clarified that there shall be no employee-employer relationship whatsoever between the Company and the Director. The Director hereby acknowledges that she is not entitled to any direct benefits from the Company other than those expressly agreed herein. Director shall be responsible to pay all taxes, social security payments and any other applicable tax and charges in connection with the Services provided by her herein.

The Consultant shall perform his undertakings hereunder as an independent contractor, and there shall be no employee-employer relationship whatsoever between him and the Company. The Consultant hereby irrevocably and expressly waives any claim or demand in connection with Employer - Employee relationship, and further declares that he acknowledges that the consideration agreed with the Company under this Agreement is based upon his declaration and the absence of such relationship.

The Service Provider warrants that it is aware that this Agreement is only an agreement for the provision of real estate related consulting services on a strictly contractual basis, and does not create employer-employee relations between the Service Provider and the Company and does not confer upon it any rights, except for those set forth herein explicitly. The Service Provider will not subcontract or otherwise delegate performance of any Services without the Company's prior written consent.
THE NATURE OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP. 10.1 The Consultant and Gadi Aner warrant that they are free to enter into this Agreement upon these terms and conditions and that there are no restrictions that might prevent him from rendering the Services or performing its obligations hereunder.
