The NPoCC Governance Board. Overview 3.1 The Parties agree that the Policing Bodies shall be entitled to be involved in the governance arrangements of NPoCC and as such the Policing Bodies shall be represented on the NPoCC Governance Board. It is agreed that each of the Chief Officers shall have operational independence and shall be entitled to express their views via the NPoCC Governance Board. The Parties shall comply with the Policing Protocol in order to ensure operational independence.
