Common use of The OAC and Mobile App Clause in Contracts

The OAC and Mobile App. Your use of and access to the OAC and Mobile App is governed by this Agreement and any terms and conditions applicable to the OAC or Mobile App. You may use the OAC and Mobile App to obtain Financial Services through your personal computer or mobile device (e.g., tablet or smartphone) on your linked Account. You must have a mobile device capable of downloading Java applications and making data connections to the Internet. You must be authorized to use and incur charges on your mobile device cellular account in order to obtain Financial Services through the Mobile App or through a mobile-optimized version of the OAC.
