The Offering Service. Recipient Notice will constitute the Offering Service Recipient’s offer to Manager to provide (or arrange for another Service Provider to provide) the Services on the terms therein specified and shall be irrevocable for a period of fifteen (15) Business Days (the “ROFR Notice Period”).
