THE OPERATING ACCOUNTS AND DISBURSEMENT ACCOUNT. Except as otherwise specifically provided in, or permitted by, this Agreement, all checks shall be drawn by the Borrower upon, and other disbursements shall be made by the Borrower solely from, the Operating Accounts or Disbursement Accounts.
