Common use of THE OWNER’S COVENANTS Clause in Contracts

THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. 3.1. The Owner hereby covenants with the Council as follows:- (a) to observe and perform and cause to be observed and performed the undertakings covenants and restrictions contained in Schedule 2; and (b) to pay on the execution hereof the Council's costs incurred in the preparation and settlement of this Undertaking
