The Owners May Veto Any Direct Action Taken by the Board or the Property Manager. Unless a higher percentage of Owners is expressly required by any part of this Agreement and the Rules, a majority of the Owners may veto any action of the Association, the Board or the Property Manager, or may direct that certain actions be taken.
