The Owner’s Representative. The Owner’s Representative shall act as the Owner’s authorised representative and may make decisions that shall be binding on the Owner. Except as otherwise expressly specified herein, (a) any direction or communication given by Contractor to the Owner’s Representative shall be deemed as having been given to the Owner and (b) all written communications by Contractor to the Owner shall be made to the attention of the Owner’s Representative.
