Safety Coordinator. Contractor shall designate a responsible member of its organization on the Project, whose duty is to post information regarding protection and obligations of workers and other notices required under occupational safety and health laws, to comply with reporting and other occupational safety requirements, and to protect the life, safety, and health of workers. Contractor shall report the name and position of person so designated to District.
Safety Coordinator. The Department Chiefs shall appoint respective Safety Coordinators who shall represent the Department Chief. The appointed Safety Coordinator shall be responsible for duties as defined in the City Safety Manual.
Safety Coordinator. Design-Builder shall designate a Safety Coordinator at the Site, which individual shall be designated in the organizational chart set forth in Exhibit A – Schedule 3.
Safety Coordinator. The Safety Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all activities relating to safety. They will also be responsible for the generation of, and any required revisions to the Study, Safety Plan, a comprehensive document, which defines the process and flow contracted safety services. Safety coordination also includes assistance with the SAE reconciliation process, and completion of sponsor derived queries of the sites.
Safety Coordinator. The Safety Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all activities relating to safety and will be based in Sydney. The Safety Coordinator will also be responsible for the generation of, and any required revisions to, the Study Safety Plan, a comprehensive document, which defines the process and flow for contracted safety services. In addition, a Safety Master File will be set up. Safety coordination also includes assistance with the SAE reconciliation process, and completion of sponsor derived queries of the sites. Omnicare CR will utilise the safety database developed for other on-going Sponsor projects (PCN KO1601 and KO1602 Actinic Keratoses studies). A Safety Officer will be appointed in the US to provide monthly database maintenance and enter the data into the **** database.
Safety Coordinator. The qualified licensed professional, retained by the Owner to safety coordination during the design phase and the execution phase of the Works, (“coordinatore della sicurezza in fase di progettazione e di esecuzione dei lavori”) which also acts as coordinator for the execution of Works, pursuant to D. lgs. n. 81, April 9, 2008 and subsequent amendments. Safety Coordinator. The M.E.A. and the companies acknowledge the person designated by the Union as the safety coordinator. An annual bank of one thousand two hundred and forty-eight (1248) hours payable at one and a half (1.5) the basic rate on a 48-hour basis is made available to the union to allow the safety coordinator to perform this work. The employer will reimburse the Union a maximum amount of one thousand and four hundred dollars ($ 1 400.00) annually, on presentation of supporting documents, to allow the safety coordinator to participate in meetings and symposiums on health and safety, on I.S.P.S. Code and/or the Canadian Marine Advisory Council (C.M.A.C.). Moreover, the employer will reimburse the Union a maximum amount of seventy dollars ($ 70.00) monthly, on presentation, within thirty (30) days of the billing date, of supporting documents to cover the costs of a cellular phone for the safety coordinator. Phone bills must be paid to the union within thirty (30) days of submission. The safety coordinator:
a) participates in the Health and Safety Coordinating Committee and may sit at all of the meetings held by the local committees;
b) assist the employee representatives to execute their occupational health and safety mandate.
c) is immediately notified of all refusals to work or accidents that occur at a worksite as soon as the employer becomes aware of them, whether or not there is a work stoppage. In such cases, the safety coordinator helps the employee(s) involved. He participates in the investigation or delegates another person to do so.
d) when there is an accident at a worksite, helps the worker fill in the CNESST form as well as any other pertinent document.
e) informs the worker on safety measures and makes sure that workers understand occupational health and safety regulations.
f) participates in all occupational health and safety investigations and inspections and, if required, seeks the advice of professionally and technically qualified persons.
g) reports to and collaborates with the M.E.A. in order to achieve common objectives.
Safety Coordinator. This is a full-time position up to eight (8) hours per day. Responds to accident scenes to investigate and document bus accidents/incidents; teaches, coordinates and monitors instructor trainers CDL training and recertification for all drivers; monitors new driver training assignments and schedules evaluations; on-site supervisor for the Operation Center Annex; assesses driver training needs and implements timely programs to address each.
Safety Coordinator. Engineer Xxxxxxxx entered at 10:10 a.m. Xxxxxxxx presented the Safety Department budget request for FY19 of $730.
