The Panel Secretary Clause Samples
The Panel Secretary. The Panel Secretary shall be appointed, or removed from office, by the Panel. In no event shall the Panel Secretary be an employee of any Party or any of its Affiliates.

(b) may speak but not vote on any issue at a Panel meeting.
The Panel Secretary. 5.9.1 The Secretary of State may appoint any person(other than the DECC Representative Member) to be the secretary to the Panel (Panel Secretary) and may at his discretion remove from office a person so appointed.
