The PC’s Business and Financial Records. At all times during and after the term of this Agreement, the financial, corporate and personnel records and information relating exclusively to the business and activities of the PC, as distinguished from the business and activity of MANAGEMENT SERVICES, hereinafter referred to as “the PC’s Records,” shall be and remain the sole property of the PC.
