It has not changed its name, whether by amendment of its organizational documents, reorganization, merger or otherwise, since its date of formation, December 7, 2005. (c) Its organizational identification number, as issued by its jurisdiction of organization is 3097262. (d) It keeps at its address indicated in Clause 17 (Notices) its corporate records and all records, documents and instruments constituting, relating to or evidencing Pledged Collateral, except for the Pledged Collateral delivered to the Collateral Agent in compliance with Clause 4.2 (Delivery of certificates).
