The Principal Paying Agent and Sample Clauses

The Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Notes, Coupons and Talons issued and shall make such record available at all reasonable times to the Issuer and any persons authorised by it for inspection and the taking of copies of it or extracts from it.
