The Registrar. The Search Committee for the Registrar shall be composed of the following 13 voting members: • The Vice-President: Academic who shall chair the committee; • 1 Xxxx; • The Assistant Vice-President: Academic Services • 1 student; • 1 staff member; • 6 tenured Faculty Members elected by the University Faculty Council, with not more than one representative from any one Faculty, including Laurier Brantford; and • 2 Senate Members elected by Senate.
The Registrar. (1) In acting under this Agreement and in connection with the Notes, the Registrar is acting solely as agent of the Issuer and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust with any of the holders of Notes, except that all amounts received and held by the Registrar for payment in respect of the Notes shall be held in trust (i.e., as mandatary) for the holders of the Notes in an account or accounts for payment to the holders of Notes. The Registrar shall not be liable to pay interest or investment income to the Issuer on any moneys received from the Issuer for the purposes of payment pursuant to Section 7 (Payments by the Issuer to the Registrar).
(2) The Registrar shall be protected and shall incur no liability for action taken or not taken, or suffered to be taken or not taken, with respect to all legal matters upon which it has received advice from counsel in good faith and in accordance with the opinions and advice of such counsel.
(3) The Registrar and its officers, directors and employees may become the owners of, or acquire an interest in, any Notes, with the same rights that they would have if the Registrar was not acting as agent hereunder, and may engage or be interested in any financial or other transaction with the Issuer, and may act on behalf of, or as a depository, trustee or agent for, any committee or body of holders of Notes or holders of other obligations of the Issuer as freely as if the Registrar was not acting as agent hereunder.
(4) The Registrar may rely and shall be protected in acting upon any resolution, certificate, statement, instrument, opinion, report, notice, request, consent, order, letter, telegram, telecopier or other paper or document believed by it to be genuine and to have been signed, sent or presented by or on behalf of the proper party or parties and, in particular, may rely and shall be protected in acting on the basis of any such notice which is given in accordance with the provisions hereof.
The Registrar. The Registrar. This Law and any legislation made for the purpose of this Law is administered by the Registrar.
The Registrar. General must, on the application of the XXX, make in the Register a recording to signify that a recording made under subsection (2) has ceased to have effect.
The Registrar. 10.1.1 The Registrar, shall maintain a register (the "REGISTER") in Amsterdam in accordance with the Conditions and the Regulations referred to in Section 11 hereof. The Register shall show the aggregate amount of Notes represented by each Global Note at the date of issue and all subsequent transfers and changes of ownership and changes resulting from increases in Accreted Principal Amount in accordance with the definition thereof set forth in Condition 5(24) in respect thereof and the names and addresses of the registered holders of the Notes.
10.1.2 The Registrar shall at reasonable time make the Register available to the Issuer, the Agents or any person authorized by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies thereof or extracts therefrom and the Registrar shall deliver, at the expense of the Issuer, to such persons all such lists of holders of Notes, their addresses, registered accounts, holdings and other details as they may request.
The Registrar. General must, on application by the AHO, make a recording in the Register kept under the Real Property Act 1900 to signify that the land specified in the application is subject to this section.
The Registrar. The Registrar must enter on the supplementary record sheet a notification that the application has been made.
The Registrar. The Company shall keep at the corporate offices of the Administrative Agent a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the holders of the DIP Term Notes and the DIP Term Notes of each holder of DIP Term Notes (the “Register”). The Administrative Agent is hereby appointed “Registrar” for the purpose of registering the DIP Term Notes. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Administrative Agent, and a redacted version of the Register showing the entries with respect to any DIP Term Note holder shall be available for inspection by such holder, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice. The Registrar shall record in the Register the DIP Term Notes, and each repayment or prepayment in respect of the principal amount of the DIP Term Notes, and any such recordation shall be conclusive and binding on the Administrative Agent and each holder of DIP Term Notes, absent manifest error; provided, failure to make any such recordation, or any error in such recordation, shall not affect any of the Purchasers’ commitments or the Company’s obligations in respect of any DIP Term Note.

The of information Technology The Search Committee for the Director of Information Services shall be of the voting Academicwho the committee; external member of the Board of Governors: the Vice-president: Finance and 'The Parties agree that for the life of this Agreement, Faculty Members holding Candidacy Appointments at the Campus are eligible for election by University Faculty Council to search committees requiring a faculty representative from the Campus. Procedures for Senate Advice the Selection of The President is appointed by the Board, following advice by the Senate. The Senate shall receive a report from the search committee, and meeting in camera as a committee of the the Senate shall determine its advice which shall be transmitted to the Board. in the case of all other appointments under the Senate shall elect two Senate Members to serve on the relevant search committees. These two Members shall be full members of the committee. In the case of appointment of the Vice-Presidents, the Registrar,the AssistantVice-president Student of Students, and the Director of InformationTechnology Services,any Member who is a member of Senate is eligible to serve as a Senate representative.
