The Project/Timing Sample Clauses

The Project/Timing. The proposed project is defined to include the following: (a) Demolition/Site Work. Developer is required to demolish the two existing hotels on the site by November 30, 2019. This deadline is being moved from September 30, 2019, and the new document removes Developer's ability to come in and "show cause" if it misses this deadline. The new Agreement requires Developer to commence its site work on the Project by February 1, 2020. There are also new provisions in Section 2.01(a) about Developer's ability to manage construction debris and rubble on the Project Site while Developer is engaged in an active, ongoing program of construction, but if Developer stops construction, it is required to immediately remove and dispose of all construction debris and rubble and bring the site back to an even grade.
