Common use of The Project Clause in Contracts

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project Project, through MOHA, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the MTEP and the MoF in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project (“Project”) described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”)Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and the Project Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through MoIWR in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project Project, through MPW, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with the assistance of the Participating Countries (as provided in the corresponding Participation Agreements). 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the MEFWA in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project, or cause the Project to be carried out, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project Project, through its Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part C of the Project through MNREP in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the MoH in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts 3.2 and 3.3 of the Project through the ARCN in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that Parts 3.2 and 3.3 of the Project is are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project Implementing Entities to carry out their Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and the Project Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project, through its Department of Infrastructure, Ports, and Transport and cause the Project to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Infrastructure Development Company (IDCOL) (“Project Implementing Entity”) to carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the UCOP in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the MoA in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions, and with the Convention on Biological Diversity. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts B, C and D of the Project through the ACTD in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and shall cause the Sorroca Apa Canal to carry out Part A of the Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions and the Implementation Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”)) and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out implement the Project through the Ministry of Education in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and the Financing Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project with the assistance of the relevant Selected Metropolitan Regions, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and pursuant to the terms of the corresponding Participation Agreements. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through MAWRF and MESD in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the Agence Béninoise pour l’Environnement (ABE), in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (the “Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through MOPH in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank Administrator shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts A4, A5, C and D1 of the Project Project, through BEE, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that Parts A4, A5, C and D1 of the Project is are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project Project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”)Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of of: (1) Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of ; (2) Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and (3) the terms of reference set forth in Appendix 3 to this Agreement and in the event of any conflict between the provisions in Appendix 3 and provisions of this Agreement, the latter shall prevail.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall shall, through the Ministry of Environment, carry out the Project Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out cause Parts 1(b) and 3(b)(iv) of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out out: (a) Parts 1.1, 1.2 (a), 2.1, 2.2, 2.4 (a), 3.1, and 3.2 of the Project through its National Bureau of Statistics; and (b) Parts 1.2 (b), 2.3. 2.4 (b) and 3.3 of the Project through its National Population Commission, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the MAI in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient through UGPE shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the Ministry of Education in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project Project, through SEMARH, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.013.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.023.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part 1 and 2 of the Project (“its Respective Parts of the Project”) in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project Project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”)Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and the Project Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through PMT in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and the Project Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through UNOPS in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part A.5 of the Project Project, through the DGE, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part 4.1 of the Project through REB and Part 4.2 through MINEDUC in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through its Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development and of Health, and the Project Provinces, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Program and of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project (except Part III.D) through the City of Hanoi, and Part III.D through the Ministry of Construction, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts B and C.2 of the Project through MEM, and cause Parts A and C.1 of the Project to be carried out by TANESCO in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions and the Project Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”)) and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through its ministry at the time responsible for agriculture in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entities in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 Conditions and Schedule 2 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts A1, A2, A3, B and D2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that Parts A1, A2, A3, B and D2 of the Project is are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project Project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions, and with the Convention on Biological Diversity, the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (the “Project”), and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part A of the Project through MPW and Part B of the Project through MRRD, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank Administrator shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the New and Renewable Energy Authority (“Project Implementing Entity”) in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out by Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through MWRI in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“the Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Water and Environment in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the DG Highways of MPW in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through BAPPENAS and KPDT in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the PMCU of the Parliament Secretariat, in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts C3, C4 and C5 of the Project through the MoH in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project Project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”)Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard ConditionsConditions (as modified in Appendix- II to this Agreement) and the Project Agreement. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”)) and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this the XXX Financing Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project or cause the Project to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the XXX Financing Agreement and Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. Section 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to carrying out activities required for the objectives of proposed Preparation for the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. Section 2.02. Without limitation upon to the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 1 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the MoE in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project Project, through its Ministry of Environment in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, Conditions and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (the “Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through the PEU in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Project. 2.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”). To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Standard Conditions. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the provisions of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement.
