Common use of The Promotion Appeals Tribunal Clause in Contracts

The Promotion Appeals Tribunal. (a) The Promotion Appeals Tribunal shall consist of one person chosen by the Faculty Association, one person chosen by the President, and one person chosen by mutual agreement of the Faculty Association and the President. The Promotion Appeals Tribunal shall be chosen from among the full-time faculty members at Algoma University. No person who has been involved in the promotion process in any way shall serve on the Promotion Appeals Tribunal.
