The Purchaser/Allottee. shall plan and distribute its electric load in conformity with the electric systems installed by the Vendor and thereafter the Association of Purchaser/Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by the association of Purchaser/Allottees. The Purchaser/Allottee shall be responsive for any loss or damagesarising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.
