Common use of The Recommendation Paper Clause in Contracts

The Recommendation Paper. (a) Following the process in subclause 9.4.2, the University will issue documentation that sets out any changes recommended and the rationale for such changes (the Recommendation Paper). Employees who may be directly affected and the union(s) will be issued with a copy of the Recommendation Paper and will have an opportunity to comment on the recommendation(s). (b) The relevant union(s) will be involved in negotiating the implementation of any changes contained in the Recommendation Paper that will affect the employment conditions of employees.
