The Relevant Party must. (1) promptly when able notify the other party of the MAE and how it prevents performance of a particular Essential Obligation; (2) take reasonable steps to mitigate the effect of the MAE with respect to its obligations; and (3) as soon as possible, give notice advising when it is no longer prevented from carrying out the Essential Obligation. Such notice may also include the matters detailed in Clause 43.3.
