The Renewal Terms Sample Clauses

Typically, it outlines whether renewals are automatic or require notice from one or both parties, and may specify the length and number of renewal periods allowed. This clause ensures both parties understand how and when the contract can continue, preventing misunderstandings about the duration of their obligations and providing a clear process for ongoing business relationships.
