Common use of The SCCs Clause in Contracts

The SCCs. The standard contract clauses are the clauses set out in the European Commission’s Decision of 5 February 2010 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to data-processors established in third countries, under the Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (as the European Commission may amend or replace from time to time). They are incorporated into this agreement by this reference and attached in their current form as Annexure 5.
