The consolidated financial statements of Envision and the related notes and schedules included in the SEC Filings comply in all material respects with the requirements of the Exchange Act and present fairly the consolidated financial position in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles of Envision, as of the dates indicated, and the results of its operations and changes in financial position for the periods therein specified (subject, in the case of unaudited interim financial statements, to normal year-end adjustments).
