The Security Agent and the other Sample Clauses

The Security Agent and the other. Secured Creditors will not be held responsible for any damage caused in the exercise, attempted exercise or omission to exercise any of the rights, powers or remedies assigned thereto under this Deed, except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
