The Service Provider Personnel. 10.1 The Service Provider acknowledges that its Contract Manager, Change Manager, the personnel identified in Schedule 9 and any other Service Provider Staff in a position identified by the Network Operators' Representative in writing from time to time are designated as the holders of key positions (the Key Positions).
