The Service Provider’s Rights and Obligations. (1) The Service Provider ensures for the Subscriber the operation of the VCC Live Service, including the operation of the Central System, the provision of User Interfaces, the sound file downloader and public interfaces (API), in line with the quality target values defined in Annex 4 to this Contract.
