Common use of The Site Clause in Contracts

The Site. The site of the Project shall comprise the real estate described in Schedule-A and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by the Authority to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the "Site"). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Site shall be construed as references to the real estate required for the Project as set forth in Schedule-A.

The Site. RIGHT OF WAY The site of the Project shall comprise the real estate described in Schedule-A and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by the Authority to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the "“Site"”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Site shall be construed as references to the real estate required for the Project as set forth in Schedule-A.

The Site. The site of the Project shall comprise of the real estate described in Schedule-A and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by the Authority MSRDC to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the "“Site"”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Site shall be construed as references to the real estate required for implementation of the Project as set forth in Schedule-A.A, the site shall also be construed as reference to the real estate required for operation & maintenance of the Project in accordance with the Provisions in the said Schedule.

The site of the Project shall comprise the real estate land parcels described in Schedule-A and in respect of which the Right right of Way way shall be provided and granted by the Authority SH&DB to the Concessionaire DEVELOPER as a licensee license under and in accordance with this Agreement (the "Site")Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Site shall be construed as references to the real estate required for Construction of the Project as set forth in Schedule-A.

The site of the Project Road shall comprise the real estate described in Schedule-A and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by the Authority to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the "“Site"”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Site shall be construed as references to the real estate required for the Project as set forth in Schedule-A..

The Site. The site of the Project shall comprise of the built up space / [real estate estate]17 described in Schedule-A and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by the Authority to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the "“Site"”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Site shall be construed as references to the build-up area/ [real estate estate] required for the Project as set forth in Schedule-A.

The Site.
