SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement and/or amend the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the GCC.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The contractor shall at all times observe and comply with federal and State laws, local laws, ordinances, orders, and regulations existing at the time of or enacted subsequent to the execution of this contract which in any manner affect the completion of the work. – OTHER SPECIAL CONDITIONS I. 12.1 Exchange rate applicable for the conversion of currencies into euro Payments shall be made by the Commission in euro. The co-ordinator shall submit the payment requests in accordance with article I.5.3, including the underlying financial statements, in euro. By way of derogation from article II.16.1, any conversion of actual costs into euro shall be made by the beneficiary at the monthly accounting rate established by the Commission and published on its website applicable on the day when the cost was incurred.
