Special Conditions of Contract definition

Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.
Special Conditions of Contract means any additional conditions of contract agreed between the Parties.
Special Conditions of Contract means terms and conditions that sets out the rights and obligations of the parties that are peculiar to a specific contract, or as necessitated by the circumstances of specific works, and that forms a part of the Contract as laid out in clause 1.4.

  • The Defects Liability Period shall be the period as set out in clause 6 of the Special Conditions of Contract and calculated from the date of the Contractor’s notice under clause 7.3.

Special Conditions of Contract means any special conditions of contract issued by the Employer prior to submission of the Tender or negotiated and agreed in writing by the Employer and the Contractor prior to and conditional upon acceptance of the Tender.
