Common use of The Storage Operator Warranty Clause in Contracts

The Storage Operator Warranty. The Storage Operator warrants to the Customer that, at the Delivery Point, Natural Gas to be withdrawn shall be free from lien, charge, encumbrance or adverse claim (as to title or otherwise) including any claim for any Tax, royalty or other charge arising on or before withdrawal. The Storage Operator shall indemnify the Customer and hold it harmless against any loss, liability, damage, claim, action, proceeding, cost and expense suffered or incurred by or made or brought against the Customer in consequence of a breach of this warranty.
