The Subadviser's Services. (a) The Subadviser shall act as investment adviser with respect to such portion of the Fund's assets as the Manager designates from time to time. In such capacity, the Subadviser will, subject to the supervision of the Manager, manage the investment and reinvestment of the assets of the Fund, continuously review and analyze the investments in the Fund's portfolio and furnish reports to the Manager regarding such investments.
