THE TENANCY AGREEMENT. On 31 March 2021, Classified Limited as tenant entered into the Tenancy Agreement with Link Properties as landlord in respect of the lease of the Premises for a term of three years commencing on 1 April 2021 and expiring on 31 March 2024 (both days inclusive) for the operation of the Group’s casual European café under the trade name of “Classified”.
