The term of this Agreement is shown in Attachment A. This Agreement shall automatically renew on each subsequent year for a one-year term, unless written notice is received within ninety (90) days of the end of this agreement in the form of a certified letter. OptiSurface reserves the right to terminate this agreement at the end of the original twelve month period without notice.
