The Trustee's Reliance. The Trustee shall have no liability ______________________ to any Participant, Beneficiary, or any other person for payments made, failure to make payments, or discontinuance of payments, on direction of the Plan Administrator; or for failure to make payments in the absence of instructions from the Plan Administrator. Except as provided in Section 5.05, the Trustee may request instructions from the Plan Administrator. The Trustee shall have no duty to act or liability for failure to act if such instructions are not forthcoming from the Plan Administrator. If requested instructions are not received within a reasonable time, the Trustee may, but is under no duty to, act on its direction to carry out the provisions of the Plan and Trust.
