Reasonable Time. For the purpose of this Article, "reasonable time" shall be defined to mean not interfering with or interrupting the instructional program.
Reasonable Time. It is the responsibility of the Union Representative to conduct the proper business of the Union as it applies to those Union members employed by the Company. They will be allowed reasonable time during working hours to conduct such business.
Reasonable Time. If the Contractor fails to correct nonconforming Work within a reasonable time, the Owner may correct it and the Contractor shall reimburse the Owner for the cost of correction.
Reasonable Time. Questioning or interviewing of an employee in the course of an internal investigation will be conducted at hours reasonably related to the employees shift unless operational necessities require otherwise. Interrogation sessions shall be for reasonable periods of time and time will be provided for rest periods and attendance to physical necessities.
Reasonable Time. The Engineer will render interpretations necessary for the proper execution or progress of the Work, with reasonable promptness and in accordance with any time limit agreed upon. The Contractor may make written request to the Engineer for such interpretations. The decision of the Engineer shall be final and binding upon the Contractor.
Reasonable Time. In determining a reasonable time, regard must be had to both the nature of the default and the work or other action required to remedy it and whether or not the continuation of the default constitutes or causes a public nuisance or raises other circumstances of urgency or emergency.
Reasonable Time. It is agreed that reasonable time for representation shall be recognized by the County. It is also agreed that efforts shall be made to minimize such release time in scheduling meetings, consistent with the needs of good faith negotiations.
Reasonable Time. Any charges by City management that indicate a designated representative is spending an unreasonable amount of time in handling grievances or disputes or performing other duties for the Union shall be referred to the Director of Human Resources or designee for discussion with the Union’s President or designee. The City shall have the right to require said designated representative to refrain from excessive activities or, if after discussion with the Union President or designee, the designated representative continues to spend an unreasonable amount of time handling grievances and disputes, City management may require written authorization from the designated representative’s supervisor for these activities.

The Owner’s Representative will render interpretations necessary for the proper execution or progress of the Work, with reasonable promptness and in accordance with any time limit agreed upon. The CONTRACTOR may make written request to the Owner’s Representative for such interpretations. The decision of the Owner’s Representative shall be final and binding upon the CONTRACTOR.
Reasonable Time. It is for us alone to decide what a “reasonable period of time” is for the purposes of this agreement.
