The Tuition Exchange. Employees continue to be eligible for the Tuition Exchange Program. The Tuition Exchange is not a benefit but a selective and competitive scholarship. It is understood that such a program may be cancelled or modified on a University-wide basis at any time during the term of this Agreement.
