The Utility Owner and the Utility. Owner’s consultant shall have the right to visit and inspect the work at any time. The Utility Owner may also have an Inspector assigned to the project authorized to inspect portions or all of the utility work done and the preparation, fabrication, or manufacture of the materials to be used. The Utility Owner shall be able to advise GDOT Project Manager of any observed discrepancies or potential problems. The cost of these inspections shall be the responsibility of the Utility Owner.
