Common use of The Work Site Clause in Contracts

The Work Site. The Work Site is identified in Section 3.3 of the Specific Terms and Conditions (Part I) of this Contract. The Owner makes no representations whatsoever as to any condition of the Work Site. The Contractor assumes all responsibility and liability for all conditions at the Work Site that could have been discovered by reasonable examination or inquiry.
